  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We know plans change, but In order to stay on schedule, we have a strict cancellation policy, which protects both your time and ours.

    Individual Cancellations/No Shows: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not cancel within that time frame, you will be charged 30% of your scheduled service cost. If you do not cancel and do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 50%of the cost of your service.

    Group Cancellations/No Shows: For parties of three or more, please let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments at least 48 hours in advance. Groups of three or more that do not show up without cancelling in advance will be charged the full price of all services originally scheduled.

  • Running late?

    We get LA traffic. Please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you but we are only able to hold appointments for 10 minutes past your scheduled time.

  • Do you have parking on site?

    Unfortunately we do not and parking can get tricky. Therefore please leave enough time for parking before your appointment starts. You can park at the meters on Melrose Avenue or street park on Vista Street or Gardner Street for 2 hours. Make sure to read the signs. There is also a paid parking structure behind CVS.

  • What if my gels chip?

    We offer a 7-day guarantee on our gel services! If for some reason, your gel mani chips within 7 days of your service, we are happy to provide a complimentary gel fix to the affected nails. The gel color must be the same as the color you received during your original service.

  • How do you sterilize your tools?

    Nail clippers, cuticle pushers and cuticle clippers are soaked in a hospital grade cleaning agent, and then placed in a medical grade auto-clave before each use. They are then sealed in a packet and opened in front of our clients before each session. Nail files, pumice stones, buffers and toe separators are all single use items and can be taken home at the end of each session.

  • Can my hands and feet be done at the same time?

    We understand you have a busy schedule and are happy to accomodate your needs. Yes, we can perform both services at the same time but just let us know your preference at the time of booking so we can make sure there is enough space available.

  • Do you take walk-ins?

    Walk-ins are always welcome. However, we do get very busy and cannot guarantee availability. We definitely recommend making an appointment.

  • What kind of payment do you accept? Can I tip on credit/debit card?

    We accept cash, all credit/debit cards and apple pay. And yes, you can add gratuity on the card.

  • Do you charge for gel removal?

    We do not charge for old gel removal when you get a new gel service. If you switch to regular polish, we will charge $10.

  • Do you charge for Dip Powder/Acrylics/Hard Gel removal?

    Removing nail enhancements can be very time consuming, therefore we charge an extra $20. Please let us know at the time of booking if you need removal so we can plan ahead.

  • Do you offer non-toxic nail polishes?

    We carry a selection of Zoya polishes, one of the most popular 5-free brands in the market.

  • What kinds of products does Blush LA use for services?

    We try to use organic products when possible. Our pedicure salts, lotions and oils are always organic.
